It has flat sliding glass lids, which is practical when the ice cream freezer is not in use. It also helps save energy. The glass guard, which is angled, protects the ice cream and optimizes the hygienic conditions. The UDRS-model is optimised for Napoli pans - the 5 liter pans or 2,5 liters (not included). UDRS7-P fits 7 Napoli Pans (5 liter pans) - And under storage capacity of additional 12 x 5 liter pans/tubs. UDRS9-P fits 9 Napoli pans (5 liter pans) - And under storage capacity of additional 16 x 5 liters pans / tubs. UDRS10-P fits 10 Napoli pans (5 liter pans) - And under storage capacity of additional 12 x 5 liters pans / tubs.
