We're introducing an upgraded version of our UD uni-drawer range, developed for busy professional kitchens where flexibility, durability and energy efficiency are essential.
The new generation delivers the same versatile performance as the previous models while reducing energy consumption by an average of 33% across the range. This helps professional kitchens lower running costs without compromising on cooling or freezing performance.
The previous UD uni-drawer range will delisted as existing stock is sold out. The new, more energy-efficient models will replace the previous generation and become the standard UD range going forward.
Flexible temperature control for every drawer
The UD uni-drawer range is designed to adapt to changing kitchen requirements throughout the day. Each drawer can be switched individually between cooling and freezing at the touch of a button, allowing you to store different products at the right temperature in the same unit.
The range is available with one or two drawers and accommodates both GN2/1 and GN3/1 gastronorm pans.
