Terms and Conditions
1. Campaign Period
The contest runs from 9 December 2025 until 19 December 2025. Entries must be submitted within this period to be eligible.
2. Eligibility
• Participation is free and open to anyone aged 18 or above.
• Employees of TEFCOLD and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Each participant may submit one entry only.
3. How to Participate
• Solve the TEFCOLD Christmas Riddle.
• You can solve the Riddle, searching the website of your own language
• Visit the contest landing page and complete the entry form, including your answer to the riddle.
• You can only find the form on the .com page
• Confirm your participation by commenting “Done”, “Answered”, or a similar confirmation under the official contest post on one of our social media channels.
o Both steps (form + comment) are required for a valid entry.
4. Winner Selection
• After the contest period has ended, all correct entries will be collected and one winner will be selected randomly.
• The winner will be announced on our social media channels on 19 December 2025.
• TEFCOLD will contact the winner directly using the contact details provided in the form.
5. Prize
The winner will receive a special TEFCOLD Christmas suprise gift, worth approximately 75 euros.
6. Prize Delivery
• The prize will be delivered free of charge to the address provided by the winner, within TEFCOLD’s standard delivery zones.
• If the winner is located outside these zones, TEFCOLD may propose an alternative solution.
7. Other Conditions
• By participating, entrants agree that they will be signed up to the TEFCOLD newsletter. Entrants can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
• By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• TEFCOLD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if necessary.
